Bursar's Office
The Bursar's Office is dedicated to providing the Student, Faculty, and Staff with the financial services expected in an institution of higher education. Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, except during university holidays. Student billing information is now available online at www.osu-okmulgee.edu/academics/web4students. Credit card payments may also be made online. OSU-Okmulgee accepts Visa and MasterCard. Payment Policies
Fees/tuition, room and board are due before the term begins. Arrangements may be made to pay these accounts in monthly payments. Each student will be billed based upon their individual enrollment. Payments must be made for all outstanding charges prior to enrollment in a subsequent term. Payments mailed to the Bursar's Office must include the student's ID number and specify what the payment is for (i.e. tuition, room and board, etc.) to ensure proper credit to the student's account. MAIL PAYMENTS TO: OSU-Okmulgee, Bursar's Office, 1801 E. Fourth Street, Okmulgee, OK 74447-3901 All other charges are due when incurred. Failure to comply may result in administrative action and/or loss of privileges. Students with Agency sponsorship must provide the Bursar's Office with the proper documentation/forms to ensure proper credit to the student's account. This is the responsibility of the Student, not the Financial Aid Office or the Agency to ensure this occurs. All Financial Aid for the current semester will be applied to the entire semester charges at the time they are disbursed. Most aid will automatically be disbursed by the computer. Any excess aid after all charges are paid will be held at the Bursar's Office for disbursement to the student. All student accounts must be paid in full each semester before they will be permitted to enroll for a subsequent semester. Likewise, the account must be paid in full before a degree will be issued upon graduation. Should non-payment of any school related debts result in litigation, the student will be assessed attorney and other legal fees. SmartCard
OSU-Okmulgee has an ID card system for students, faculty and staff that are used for meal plans and declining balance purchases for food items only. NOTE: It is important that students protect their ID/OneCard to ensure longterm use. There is a charge for replacement of lost or stolen cards. Please see the Student Success Center for replacement. |
