We’re here for you! OSU-Okmulgee Counseling Center services are FREE to all OSU-Okmulgee students, faculty, and staff. Office hours are from 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with all counseling kept confidential. If you would like to contact the counseling center please call Kristy Walker at 293-4988 or kristy.walker@okstate.edu. If an emergency occurs after office hours please call campus police (293-4886).

Uncertainty about the future 8. Sleeping problems 9. Career indecision 10. Concentration difficulties	MYTH 1: Counseling is only for people who have serious emotional problems. MYTH 2: Seeking counseling is a sign of weakness. MYTH 3: The counselor will tell you what to do and how to "fix" your problems. MYTH 4: The counselor cannot understand you unless he/she has had similar experiences or is of the same background.
