Article I:
ഀThe name of this club shall be, Network Gaming Executives (i.e. NetGame.exe)
ഀ ഀArticle II:
ഀThe purpose of this club is to provide a meansഀ for club members an easy way to get together and form a Local Areaഀ Network which facilitates and enhances our gaming and social experienceഀ while teaching skills in networking.
ഀ ഀArticle III.
ഀSection 1.
ഀOur offices that can be held are as follows: President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
ഀ ഀSection 2.
ഀOfficers must participate in club meetings and activities.
ഀ ഀSection 3.
ഀClub sponsors should share some interest in computers.
ഀ ഀSection 4.
ഀTreasurer will keep records of paid members and purchases.
ഀ ഀSection 5.
ഀIf the position of Treasurer has not beenഀ filled then the President and/or Secretary will keep records of paidഀ members and purchases.
ഀ ഀArticle IV.
ഀSection 1.
ഀMembers must bring their own computer to theഀ LANs and must have a paid for copy of Half-Life and other games played;ഀ minimum requirements are as follows:
ഀ700 MHz
ഀ128 MB of RAM
ഀ20 GB HD
ഀ16 MB Video Card (Exception: Computers can have onboard video if approved by officers.)
ഀEthernet network card
ഀHeadphones recommended
ഀMembership requirements can be waved by a unanimous decision of Officers.

Section 2.
ഀPotential members must participate in a LANഀ event with no less then nine hours of participation or a minimum ofഀ three hours from three LAN events before becoming a member..
ഀ ഀSection 3.
ഀActive members are defined by participating in half of all LAN events.
ഀ ഀSection 4.
ഀMembers of the community who are ineligible forഀ club membership can have their fees reduced if they participate inഀ three or more Network Gaming Executives events.
ഀArticle V.
ഀAll Motions, with the exception of thoseഀ amending the constitution or by-laws, must be made seconded, and have aഀ majority vote of the quorum to be enacted.

Article VI.
ഀThe constitution and by-laws may be amended atഀ any meeting by a vote of the quorum providing that the amendment hasഀ been presented and read at the previous meeting.
ഀ ഀArticle VII.
ഀA quorum of 2/3 of active member including offices.
ഀ ഀ ഀBy-Laws
ഀ ഀArticle I.
ഀOfficers shall be elected from active membersഀ only. Only Active members can nominate officers and nominations can beഀ made at regular meetings. Elections shall be held at the beginning ofഀ every semester.
ഀ ഀArticle II.
ഀThe maximum term of office for a specific office for any officer shall be four years.
ഀ ഀArticle III.
ഀAn officer may be impeached if so voted by 2/3 of all active members.
ഀ ഀArticle IV.
ഀ ഀ ഀOur club reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership of any member with “just cause”. Suspension and revocation of membership shall be decided by unanimous vote of club officers. A membership can only be reinstated by a 2/3 vote of active members.
ഀ ഀArticle V.
ഀMeetings shall be announced by club officers and held on a regular basis with a three day notification prior to the meeting.
ഀ ഀArticle VI.
ഀThe dues of this organization shall be threeഀ dollars per semester. Dues are due by the second week of each semester;ഀ failure to pay by this deadline shall result in suspension ofഀ membership until dues are paid.
ഀ ഀArticle VII.
ഀSection 1.
ഀAt the beginning of each fall semesterഀ OSU-Okmulgee student clubs/organizations shall submit a completedഀ student/organization registration form to the Student Life Office.ഀ Included in the registration form will be the names and titles of yourഀ organization's officers and sponsor.
ഀIn order to assure that organizational recordsഀ are kept current, changes in the year must be reported to the Studentഀ Life Office by submitting a revised registration form.

Section 2.
ഀThe funds of all recognized OSU-Okmulgeeഀ student clubs/organizations must be kept on deposit with theഀ OSU-Okmulgee Business Office. All student club/organization accountsഀ will be audited yearly, preferably at the time a new treasurer isഀ installed.
ഀ ഀSection 3.
ഀIt is understood that failure to submit suchഀ materials, either through continued negligence or willful omission, mayഀ result in the suspension of the charter of an organization by theഀ Director of Student Life and the OSU-Okmulgee administration.
