Downloadable Admission Applications
COMPLETED is defined as:
  • The application is completely filled out with all requested information (ACT score, GPA, 7 semester transcript, Principal or Counselor signature, etc.).
  • Students will not be awarded scholarships, unless they have been admitted to OSU-Okmulgee. (We must have a completed application for admission on file).
  • The Competitive "Power Formula" will be used: This is an algebraic formula that weighs the students ACT composite and the high school GPA. We will continue to award scholarships until funds are depleted. Applications received after March 1st will have to meet more stringent criteria for scholarship consideration.
  • It is strongly recommended that all students have at least a 20 ACT Composite and a 3.0 GPA for academic scholarship consideration. We will accept the National ACT score or our OSU-Okmulgee Residual ACT score. If the ACT is not at this level, our assessment center has four Residual ACT exam dates available before the March 1 DEADLINE. If you need information on Residual ACT testing, contact Assessment Services at 293-5248.
Late Applications

The scholarship application priority deadline each year is March 1 for new and transfer students. However, late applications are accepted. Since the majority of the scholarship funds are expended to those making applications prior to March 1, the number of late recipients is limited by raising the standards for each of the scholarship categories for late applicants. However, Scholarship awards are still possible for competitive applicants. Applicants in the original applicant group that were denied scholarships based on incomplete applications will be treated as late applicants if missing scores of information are provided.

The Scholarship Committee awards scholarships primarily on the basis of ACT composite scores and high school grade point averages, GPA and need.
