His duties at MCI included the supervision of the Tier II support for all MCI/WorldCom call centers in the U.S. and Europe. In January 2002, Todd confounded CEIS Inc. to deploy network equipment for local carriers and implement DSL. In 2003, CEIS Inc. undertook DSL and fiber network implementation.

He has gained technical expertise in the development of client-server and web-based systems using Sybase and Microsoft technologies. Wes holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University.
Formed in 1998 as a full-service, independently owned and regionally focused energy company, Seminole Energy Services is continually expanding its locations, services and holdings throughout the country. David is co-owner of INTERNETworks with his wife, Debbie, as well as the founder and Chief Information Officer of Recall Mail. David has been an active member and webmaster for the Oklahoma InfraGard chapter for the past two years, and currently manages several email lists for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
INTERNETworks is a website hosting and development company that manages over 200 websites for customers throughout the United States. In this capacity, David manages 15 or more Internet servers providing firewall, DNS, website, database and email services. Bigstring is the sole provider of fully Erasable-Recallable Email, a service which allows users to modify or delete an email sent through the service before or after its has been read.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of South Carolina, a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland, and is certified in Six Sigma.

Mark R. McCoy, Ed.D.

Dr. Mark R. McCoy is currently an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at the University of Central Oklahoma. He retired after 20 years of service with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. Prior to his career at the OSBI he worked as a police officer for the Tulsa Police Department. He has been involved in the investigation of computer related crime and the forensic examination of digital evidence since 1996. He is a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner and was the first supervisor of the OSBI Computer Crime Unit. Dr. McCoy has a Masters Degree in Forensic Science and a Doctorate in Occupational and Adult Education from Oklahoma State University. His research interests include the application of technology in law enforcement, digital forensics, computer crime and law enforcement education and training.

SA Pugh is a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant, and currently serves as the InfraGard Coordinator for Oklahoma.

During this period, David participated in several company-sponsored training classes related to server and network technologies, and shortly thereafter was moved to the internal LAN/WAN support group. Currently, David works for Northrop Grumman IT as a Field Services Technician on the Verizon Business contract.

She began her career in customer service in 1977 and eventually became Area Manager-External Affairs in 1989. As a public relations manager she has been required to acquire knowledge of all facets of the company in order to effectively serve customers and communities in eastern Oklahoma.
